Our Swim Fitness and Masters sessions are designed for adults and seniors looking to build fitness, improve technique, and enjoy the benefits of regular swimming without the pressure of competition.
Whether you’re returning to the pool after a break, training for a triathlon, or love swimming, these flexible, coach-led sessions are perfect.

When & How to Book
Morning options:

Monday & Friday: 6:30am – 7:30am

Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00am – 10:00am
Evening options:

Monday & Thursday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Tuesday & Wednesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Booking is casual just turn up to the sessions that suit your schedule. No ongoing commitment needed.
Cost:

$126 for a 10-swim pass
Note: If you're interested in our Shark Squad training but can’t commit to the required number of weekly sessions, you’re welcome to join our Swim Fitness / Masters sessions instead.
