Opening Hours

The MLT Event Centre is open seven days a week, offering plenty of time to enjoy a swim, workout, or relaxing soak.

Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Public Holidays (excluding Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and 1&2 January) 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and 1 & 2 January Closed

Boasting a sprung wooden court alongside three synpave courts, the centre is designed to host a multitude of sports, including:

Netball – Home to Eastern Southland Netball during the winter season, supporting over 700 players across 76 teams.

Pickleball – A rapidly growing sport in Gore, with regular league competitions and drop-in sessions.

The courts are adaptable, making them suitable for both competitive matches and casual play.

Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, and it's taking off right here in Gore. A low-impact sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, pickleball is perfect for all ages and skill levels.

We provide the equipment and instructions, so all you need to do is turn up and give it a go!

Pickleball Schedule:

Mondays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (League competition)
Thursdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Drop-in sessions, training & coaching)
