New Council online business site goes live
Welcome to the Council’s new website, the place you can do business with us wherever you are and whenever you like.
We are all about making life easier for our customers. This site will enable you to apply and pay for nearly all our activities and services online. It also contains lots of useful information about our services and facilities, as well as the Gore District.
We’ve created a Do It Online portal with easy to follow, intuitive digital forms to replace the traditional hard copies.
You can visit the portal as a casual user or you can create a My Gore account, which provides access to a personalized dashboard with your online transactions.
Having a My Gore account means you can auto-fill your personal details. You will be able to start filling in an application then save it, so it can be completed later and receive notifications or invoices from us.
It’s also going to be easier to make a payment. While there will still be instances where our staff will need to send out an invoice (or pop it into a customer’s My Gore account), our new website offers the following payment options for some services:
- Credit/debit card, or
- Real time debit
You can still call into our offices to pay over the counter by cash or eftpos if you like.
Our teams are looking forward to showing you our new, easier way of doing business. However, we also appreciate it’s going to be a big change for everyone – customers and staff – and would like to thank you, in advance, for your patience.
