Customer Support Officer

If the answer is yes then the Gore District Council has the job for you. We are looking for someone to join our small but amazing first impressions team in Gore.

Good customer support is at the core of everything the Council does, and the customer support team is the front line in delivering exemplary service to customers. You will need

· Great people skills

· A high degree of computer literacy

· Be comfortable dealing with complex questions

· Be inquisitive

· Be willing to learn

In return, we offer 30 guaranteed hours per week, 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday in our new office and the chance to make a difference for our customers.
