Register Your Pool or Spa

Did you know all pools and spas in the District need to be registered?

This includes all temporary pools with a depth of more than 400mm. This is to make sure all pool owners are complying with safety regulations.

The purpose of this legislation is to prevent young children from drowning in residential swimming pools or spas. If you need to add your pool or spa to the register, contact the compliance team at [email protected] or phone 209-0330.
