The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 has been temporarily amended for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
If you are an on-licence or club licence holder and wish to extend trading hours to televise World Cup game(s) without applying for a special licence, you must notify us and the Police seven days before the game(s).
If notification is not received seven days before the game, you cannot open.
