GORE DISTRICT PLAN – PLAN CHANGE No. 5 (Mixed Use Zone)
Council has notified Plan Change No. 5 to the District Plan. This plan change in effect adds commercial uses to the list of permitted activities within the area in central Gore between the railway line and River Street.
A report, as required by section 32 of the Resource Management Act 1991 has been prepared. The document is available on request at no charge, or by downloading below.
A submission form is available below, and all submissions must be received by Council no later than 4:00 pm, Friday 27 November 2009.
