Gore District Council Public Library Services
Listed below are a variety of services the District Public Libraries are able to offer.
Interloans:
We can borrow books from another library on your behalf. There is a $5 charge for this service.
Reserves:
Items can be reserved and delivered to Gore or Mataura Library for collection.
Housebound Service:
Books, magazines and talking books can be delivered to resthomes and housebound people.
Internet:
Three public use Internet computers available at $2 per 15 minutes and 20c per A4 printed page.
Photocopying:
Self service coin operated photocopier available at 20c per A4 page or 20c per A3 page.
Out of district members:
Free library membership for residents of Gore, Southland and Clutha Districts.
Children's programmes:
Children's programmes and Toddler Time is advertised each term. Check the What's New section under Public Libraries menu.
