Fitness Activities

We offer a range of fitness activities, both for group participation and for individuals.  For those needing motivation of a challenge or a little competition, Swim Fit/Kids Fit or Aquarobics may be just what you are after.  Private bookings for aquarobic workouts and fitness training for group bookings can be arranged - please call our team at the Gore Multisports complex on 03 2039128.

For those who like to work at their own pace, we have swim and aqua jogging programs - advanced and basic programs for no extra cost.

Aquarobics

We offer a range of Aquacise classes for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Shallow or deep water workouts, great for muscle rehab/strength. Also increases your flexibility and range of motion.

Aqua Extreme (Main Pool):

A deep water workout using an aquabelt. High intensity. Increases fitness and energy levels. Good for muscle toning and weight loss.

Aquablast (Main Pool):

Total body workout in shallow water. Suitable for all fitness levels. Great for cardiovascular fitness.

Aqua Power (Main Pool):

A total body workout in shallow water. Specially designed for antenatal and 50+ but great for all ages too. No pressure on joints creating a feeling of weightlessness.

Aqua Power (Mataura Pool:)

Similar format to the Gore Aqua Power Class.

Aquajogging

Exercise in deep water using aqua jogging belts. Suitable for all. Belts available at no charge.
